The second bounce in food project experience activity and three bounces

1　Food project
- It works in period for integrated study and it works on study that thinks about "Food". Storing up knowledge by the experience activity etc. about "Food", and come to being able to select it through the study of information sending afterwards because our bodies are healthily made strong are a final purposes. - It is a phase of "Experience" (phase) that works now. It is an aim to deepen understanding and the idea of children's food through the experience activity. The second, the third, and the approach are advanced to the experience activity. I want to introduce the appearance in this communication.

2　Burdock digging

- The burdock digging was made to be experienced in the goodwill of the farmer and the Imperial prince north Mr. of Uf last Monday. Even if it eats the burdock, the appearance that it is quite in the field is never seen usually. I was going to do a very valuable experience. After the explanation how to grow the burdock in the activity, I was going to pull out the burdock first dug up with the machine. Spospo can be pulled out so that it is interesting. Next, it challenged hand work from of old. Surroundings of the burdock are carved with the shovel, and the burdock is pulled out by the hand from among the soil. However, there are about one-meter burdock. It is not possible to pull it out easily so. It doesn't ring fairly when digging up the soil, and power is needed. The shout of joy went up here and there when the burdock was able to be pulled out.


- Children learnt the hardship of convenience and the farmer of the machine. How about the taste of the burdock taken home to the souvenir?

3　Rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves making

- It challenged "Rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves" making as an old making sweets on Wednesday this week. It is Mr. lacquer, and Mr./Ms. Sato of the UNESCO society that the lecturer came.


- It cooked by our hands by using the material (The bamboo grass has been taken from the windbreaker for myself) chosen by my eyes. - Sweets bought in the shop are easy and are delicious, and it doesn't know how to be made and there are a lot of one it is not understood well what there is by you. The respect and handmade can be made while confirming what how much used by my eyes. Because the face of the handled material and the person who made it is seen, it is very safe. Moreover, Mr. lacquer was taught for how to make such sweets to have been told from parents to the child in old times.


- A ready rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves was faintly sweet, and very delicious. It became feelings with which not only the stomach but also the mind was filled. Please challenge even the home by all means.
